- International Students: Students attending CSCC on a Student Visa, please
click here to download, print and complete a paper application
- If you are returning to complete your application, enter your Login ID and PIN.
- If you wish to change your application major, DO NOT complete a new application. Log onto CougarNet and complete the "Update Major and/or Catalog Change" form.
